Traveling can be difficult. There are so many extraneous factors that can weigh you down on your journey: delayed flights, booked hotels, that person snoring next to you, even pandemics. Things you just can’t control. But what I think is the hardest part of travel comes within, and that is getting started. There has to be a great reason to leave your bubble of safety and expose yourself to new surroundings but if there is one thing I know for sure it is worth it every single time. Take this quote from the late Anthony Bourdain “Travel isn’t always pretty. It isn’t always comfortable. Sometimes it hurts, it even breaks your heart. But that’s okay. The journey changes you; it should change you.”

With that being said, I aim to help get you started. I am creating a culmination of travel itineraries with inspiration coming from movies, literary works, history, lore, and religious/spiritual experiences. I hope that one of these travel guides inspires you to book that flight to somewhere you’ve always wanted to go or even someplace you never thought was possible. Maybe you copy an itinerary exactly or just borrow the ideas, either way there is so much out there. So, explore this page. See what speaks to you and go for it.
